Kirsten Horsburgh
I’m Kirsten, CEO of a drugs policy charity in Scotland. I’m also a mental health nurse and in the process of completing the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.
Most of my working life has been in environments with a strong purpose – and I’m increasingly interested in what it takes to support those who support others in practice.
